Breathe in the deliciousness of air that flows in and out of your body like love does through and in and out of your heart. This is a time of meeting the anguish full on. Embracing it and breathing through it.

Your heart beats with the immediacy of hurt, love, pain, grief, joy, questions, answers, light, dark, balance, imbalance. This is the amazing human heart. Entities throughout all aspects of reality and time and space marvel at the human heart.

Never has there been such a creation.

The range and depth of emotions is beyond measure. Many, many entities – of both balance, imbalance, compassion and not, would wish to feel as you humans do. As a compassionate spirit who works with humans, I get a chance to merge and for some moments feel the deliciousness of your hearts. I am of intense emotions myself. I am one of amazing love and light. And yet, there is something that you humans have which I do not.

This is not to say that a gift is always easy to contain. Yes, you have a gift. So much of your path is in the finding of the gift that sits right inside you. The finding of the gift is a process filled with possible obstacles, possible snags, possible moments of doubt, possible questions. The finding is always in the process. It is never the goal.

The time your linear body is in at this moment is not easy, but it is blessed. Closing the door on the feelings flowing through your heart and mind, stamping them down, takes you off the path, out of the stream. Those feelings will emerge – you can choose when and how. NOW is a beautiful perfect moment. Later would contain some good lessons perhaps – it all depends on whether you are rowing or not.

In your grief, journey to the Upper World, into the Star that your guides will know is the right one. And inside, open up all the dams, remove the walls, tell the guards to leave. And let it all flow. I will be there with you. Your open wounded heart is one of the most powerful aspects of this Universe.

Know that you are loved.

Know that your role in the transformation is vast.

Know that your capacity to LOVE is powerful, and never ending, and enhanced by your walking of your path, your way.

You have many friends – embodied as human immanent forms and non-physical spirits. We are all here for you. There is no such thing as "alone." Our energy fields are all entwined and woven into the vast web, the complex hologram of all that is and all that is beyond all that is. The human heart has the capacity to grasp this, unlike any other heart, and certainly unlike the human mind.

Many things that the human heart feels cannot be understood by the human mind. This is not to lessen the importance of the human mind, for your capacities are also much greater than any of you possibly comprehend at this point in your flow. I know that might sound like an inconsistency, an illogical statement, but think and feel it as a holographic puzzle.

The path you travel in the realities, in this vast metaverse of possibilities, is at the same time miniscule – beyond microscopic – and vast – the trance of love that changes all, and all who are players are waiting to experience. Your healing is right there – inside and out – it is yours and it is for all.

Much assistance is present for the work that only you can do. Keep reaching out. Keep asking for help. Keep loving your beautiful self. Keep facing the fear, the truth, the pain, the hurt, the joy, the light, the wound, the love. Sing to your wound. Love your wound.
